Is there  a minimum amount to place the order online?

NO, your choice is free. Shipping costs and possibly additional costs for cash on delivery will be added. For orders over Euro 50.00 the shipment will be made free of charge. For orders of less than Euro 50.00, a contribution to the shipping costs of Euro 8.00 is required.

Is it possible to deliver my purchase to another address?

Sure. To place the order it is necessary to fill in the mandatory fields. To deliver the purchase to another address, simply indicate the desired address in the shipping data. It is necessary to indicate an address where someone is always present to collect the package.

 

I have confirmed the order. When will it be delivered to me?

To guarantee a safe and fast shipment, Neva Tea uses the BRT Express Courier. The goods are delivered throughout Italy and France within 24/48 hours following the confirmation of the order. Delivery times may vary up to a maximum of 72 hours.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

Yes, you must indicate the reference number that appears in the Order Summary in the reason for payment.

The reference number indicated will allow you to identify in a short time that the order has been credited and therefore to proceed with the immediate shipment of the goods.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

Of course, Neva Tea uses the WIX Payments and Apple Pay service to ensure maximum security during data transmission.
Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of the most important priorities and that is why WIX Payments and Apple Pay apply automatic encryption to all confidential information that is sent between your computer and their servers.

Can I change an order?

Yes. If after receiving our confirmation e-mail you realize that you have made a mistake or for any reason you want to change your order, write quickly  aneva@nevatea.com indicating the number of the order to be modified and the modifications requested.

Can i cancel an order?

Yes. If after receiving our confirmation e-mail you realize that you have made a mistake or for any reason you want to cancel the order, write within 4 hours after sending the order, toneva@nevatea.comindicating the number of the order to be canceled. If you have already paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to you.

Can I indicate a time for delivery?

No, as shipments are made by Brt courier who makes deliveries throughout the day according to its own organizational logic: you must therefore indicate an address where someone is always present to collect the package.

When will I receive the invoice for the items ordered?

Invoices are usually issued via e-mail, to the address provided during registration, within 7 days following the purchase. If you wish to receive it sooner, you can send an e-mail to the addressneva@nevatea.com

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

Of course, this right must be exercised within ten working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To return the goods, it is necessary to send, within the aforementioned term, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The right of withdrawal can be communicated, within the term indicated above, by telegram or e-mail, provided that it is confirmed within the following 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
In the notice of withdrawal, please also indicate the methods by which you wish to reimburse the sums paid by you.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
The goods must be returned with insured package to:
Neva Tea by Massimo Mazza - Via San Nicola 2 11016 La Thuile (AO). No package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the goods must be returned intact and must not have suffered any damage.
The aforementioned conditions of withdrawal are applied exclusively to purchases made on the website www.nevatea.com and therefore purchases in other points of sale where our products are distributed are excluded.
