VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The offers that appear on our site are valid as long as they remain present online.

SELLING PRICE

The unit sales price including VAT is indicated for each item, with the exception of delivery costs which will be calculated separately. Shipping costs and possibly additional costs for cash on delivery will be added to the order. For orders over € 50.00, the shipment will be made free of charge (islands included). The price is expressed in Euros. For orders of less than Euro 50.00, a contribution to the shipping costs is required. The total amount is indicated at the end of your order and separately from the cost of the various items.

PURCHASE METHOD

To be able to purchase the products, proceed as follows:

  • by clicking on the photo of the product you are interested in, the details relating to it will appear (description, price and any advice on use). To get the details of the product it is sufficient, from any part of the site where it is located, to click on the photo of the product itself;

  • if you are interested, indicate the quantity you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button;

  • further items can be inserted either by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button or by proceeding as indicated in points a) and b);

  • to view or modify the order, click on the "Cart" button: you can delete one or more products from the list by entering the value 0 in the Quantity box of the product to be deleted and then clicking on UPDATE. In this way the product will be automatically deleted from the cart.

  • once the choice has been completed, to proceed with the purchase, simply click on the "Send order" button and enter the required data.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

To ensure safe and fast shipping, Neva Tea uses express couriers. The shipment of the goods is carried out 24/48 hours from receipt of the order with delivery within 4/6 days depending on the place of destination.

If you place an order over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the order will be delivered to the courier on the first working day available for shipment. All orders placed on public holidays are processed starting from the first available working day. Neva Tea is committed to doing its best to ensure safe and fast shipping for all customers. During holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year, shipments may be delayed due to the amount of work to which the Italian shippers are subjected in that period. Neva Tea is in no way responsible for delays in delivery times that are not foreseeable or not attributable to it.

To avoid delays in shipping and / or receiving the goods, please provide the information requested in the order form as detailed as possible.

Livingemotion srl ensures that your purchases are delivered to express couriers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to guarantee the integrity of your purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS 

A contribution to the costs is requested for the shipment, indicated in the "Order Summary". For purchases of less than Euro 50.00 (VAT INCLUDED), the contribution to the shipping costs will appear automatically. In any case, for orders of less than Euro 50.00 (VAT INCLUDED) the contribution for shipping costs is Euro 8.00 . 
If the purchase is for an amount greater than Euro 50.00, the shipping costs will be free. Neva Tea delivers only in the Italian territory.
Upon confirmation and acceptance, we will proceed with the debit (if payment is made by credit card) and the shipment of the goods. Livingemotion srl does not insert any surcharge on transport costs, on the contrary, the cost indicated above is a contribution from the buyer and does not cover the actual cost of delivery by the courier.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To pay for purchases, you can use one of the following methods:

  • CREDIT CARD: Neva Tea uses the Wix Payments service and the di  service to ensure maximum security during data transmission.Apple Pay  (you can decide which of the two to choose).
    Safeguarding your financial and personal information is a top priority, which is why Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments e Apple Pay applies automatic encryption to all confidential information that is sent between your computer and their servers.     


UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT

Neva Tea undertakes to include only products that are actually available on the site. If the products are not available at the moment, Neva Tea will report the unavailability of the product with appropriate graphics.

If you are still interested in a product that is not currently available, please send us an e-mail, we will provide you with more precise information.

In the event that within a customer's order there are products that are not available, Neva Tea will send an e-mail to the customer to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products and decide which solution to take, between:

  • suspend the shipment until the warehouse is replenished

  • replace the item with another

  • proceed with the partial shipment of the available items, if the order relates to more than one item. In this case, you will be refunded the amount of the unsent item.

 

REGISTRATION

In order to make online purchases, it is necessary to fill in all the data requested in the form. The data provided will be protected and guaranteed pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003. By registering you can indicate a login (corresponding to your email) and a password. This will prevent you from providing your data again, thus saving valuable time.

If you are interested, you can receive our newsletters and updates on our initiatives and events by e-mail.
Registration for Neva Tea newsletters is also possible independently of any purchase.
The personal data provided may be deleted from our archive at any time by simply sending an e-mail to the following address:neva@nevatea.com

PRIVACY PROTECTION

With reference to the personal data acquired following the conclusion of the online transaction or during the registration phase, Neva Tea informs that:

  • the personal data acquired are protected pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 called "Code regarding the protection of personal data";

  • the collection or in any case the processing of the personal data acquired has the sole purpose of being able to carry out the transaction or to be able to send our newsletters or other information relating to the initiatives, events and promotions promoted by the company;

  • The provision of data is therefore mandatory, in their absence it is impossible to carry out the transaction or to receive our newsletters or other information relating to the initiatives, events and promotions promoted by the company;

  • The provision of optional data has the simple purpose of improving the quality of the service;

  • all data are processed through paper or computer and / or telematic supports and in any case using methods and procedures that guarantee their security and confidentiality and in any case in compliance with the laws in force;

  • the owner and manager of the processing of personal data is Neva Tea di Massimo Mazza - Via San Nicola 2 11016 La Thuile (AO)  - VAT number:01276390075. Pursuant to art. 7 paragraph 3) of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, at any time you have the right to obtain the updating, correction, integration or cancellation of your personal data. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by the Legislative Decree 185/1999 art. 5.
This right must be exercised within ten working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To return the goods, it is necessary to send, within the aforementioned term, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The right of withdrawal can be communicated, within the deadline indicated above, by e-mail, provided that it is confirmed within the following 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
In the notice of withdrawal, please also indicate the methods by which you wish to reimburse the sums paid by you.
The shipping costs for returning the goods are at your expense.
The goods must be returned with insured package to:Neva Tea by Massimo Mazza Via San Nicola 2 11016 La Thuile (AO). No package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the goods must be returned intact and must not have suffered any damage.
The aforementioned conditions of withdrawal are applied exclusively for purchases made on the site www.nevatea.com therefore purchases in other points of sale where our products are distributed are excluded.

We may occasionally collect information about users of our online services in order to improve our Internet Service and other online services, as well as to better respond to the needs of our customers. However, this will be done anonymously, preventing any possible identification. We use so-called "cookies" to improve the quality of our service. Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser; their purpose is to help us customize the offer in case you visit our website again in the future. If you do not want to receive cookies, please configure your browser appropriately: the instructions to proceed with this operation can be found in the documentation of your browser.

Google Analytics - a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google") - uses cookies and code embedded in the site to collect non-personal information relating to site visitors on our behalf.
